Atturo Tires at The Unlimited Off Road Show and Expo in Dallas / Ft. Worth

We wanted to show you some of the great pics at this month's Unlimited Off Road Expo in Dallas. Joe Gomez and Nate Fleming went down with Atturo-outfitted vehicles to talk with everybody about all things Atturo and off road.

We think they had a pretty good time!

Here we are on the road down through Little Rock to hook up with our pals at Cypress Corners.  You've seen their new vehicle at SEMA, outfitted with Atturo Trail Blade M/T's

 We hit the "Show Me" state, and showed 'em our Atturo Vehicle.

 Nate catches a little "me time" in the booth down in Dallas / Ft. Worth.  The armored vehicle he's sitting in is outfitted with our Trail Blade BOSS tires.

Atturo Tire has released six new sizes in the AZ850 high performance SUV tire, and four new sizes to the AZ800 model.  The AZ850 is targeted to meet the increasing power and handling demands of the modern SUV and Cross Over vehicle market.  The new sizes added will further address this growing market segment.  The new sizes in the AZ800 go in the other direction by covering some of the legacy sport truck sizes recently abandoned by many other manufacturers, but still in demand by the market.

The new AZ850 sizes are all YR speed rated with the proper load index to match OE specifications.  The sizes and example fitments are as follows:

245/50R18 104Y XL – BMW X3, Hyundai ix35,
255/55R18 109Y XL – Acura MDX, Audi Q7, BMW X5, Mercedes ML, Porsche Cayenne, Subaru Tribeca, VW Touareg

The new sizes in the AZ800 range cover a large cross section of vehicles from the last 10 years.  Many of these sizes have been dropped by other manufacturers.  As a specialist in the SUV/Light Truck segment, Atturo sees the value in continuing to provide these sizes for the markets where they are still in demand.  The new sizes are:

Together, these ten new sizes represent continued opportunity for Atturo dealers to serve the fastest growing segment of the auto market.  All of the AZ850 and AZ800 are produced in Taiwan and not subject to any additional duties.  These tires represent a rare chance for dealers to bring a quality tire to drivers at a value price point.  Atturo is stocking these new sizes now and they are available for distributors for factory direct container orders.  Atturo is keeping performance within reach!

Atturo Tire Profile: The AZ850

 The AZ850 is a performance tire designed for the modern SUV, Cross Over and Sport Truck to take advantage of the increased power and handling ability of these vehicles.   The Atturo AZ850 offers an affordable option to the overpriced original equipment tires found on many performance SUVs or other vehicles like the 2014 Honda Odyssey, the Land Rover LR2, and the BMW X5.

The AZ850 is also available as a Run Flat model.  The RFT sizes are engineered to allow for up to 50 miles of driving at 50 MPH (80km at 80 KPH) with zero air pressure.   The AZ850 RFT also offers an enhanced safety option to those drivers who are looking for the security of a run flat tire, even if it was not original on their vehicle.

The unique compound and tread design of the AZ850 were specifically engineered for the contemporary performance utility vehicle.  The result is a rubber compound that helps reduce rolling resistance, which, in turn, allows the tire to run cooler at high speed.  High-tensile steel belts and jointless nylon bands increase stability at high speeds and provide secure braking, handling and durability. The AZ850 asymmetric tread design features different inside and outside tire contours to achieve optimum balance across the tread face.  This design evenly distributes the pressure of the contact surface to enhance comfort and handling.
